Intellectual Property Rights – Seminar

The Department of Management Studies, Don Bosco College Kottiyam, Kerala University’s Home Away From Home Campus, successfully organized a session on “Intellectual Property Rights: Copyright, Trademark & Licensing” The session, titled “Protecting Ideas in the Digital Economy”, aimed to create awareness among students about the importance of safeguarding intellectual property in today’s digital and entrepreneurial landscape.The resource person for the session was Mr. Sahad Mohammad, Student of 1st Semester BBA,a Best-Selling Author, Entrepreneur, Investor, Certified SEO Analyst, Marketing Expert, and Full-Stack Developer. Mr. Sahad shared valuable insights on copyrights, trademarks, licensing, and strategies to protect creative and business ideas in the modern economy.The session was highly informative and interactive, equipping students with practical knowledge on how to protect innovation and build ethical business practices.
