The Commerce Taxation Department of Don Bosco College, Kottiyam, organized a Financial Literacy Programme on 7 July 2025 at Anganwadi No. 80, Thrikkovilvattom Panchayat. The session, held from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., was attended by 34 women participants and supported by the local panchayat member, who made necessary arrangements for its smooth conduct.
Resource persons Ms. Marina Michael and Ms. Lakshmi V. S. led the session in an engaging and informative manner, covering relevant financial topics. Students from Semester III, FYUGP, also participated as part of their Department Association activity. The women participants shared positive feedback, stating that the session was highly useful and enlightening.
